The Civil and Mechanical Area of CIMNE is focused on the development of numerical methods for design, construction and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment (roads, bridges, canals, dams, buildings...) and engineering, physics and materials science for the design, analysis, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
